2. What data we collect and how
Contact form. When you write to us through the form on this website, we collect your name, your email address and the content of your message. These are the minimum details we need in order to read and reply to you.
Email and telephone. If you contact us directly by email, telephone or WhatsApp, we will process the contact details you provide and the content of the communication.
c) Cookies. This site uses technical cookies and, only if you accept them, analytics and other types of cookies. You can review the details and change your settings at any time from the site's cookie panel.
We do not collect special categories of data, nor do we carry out profiling or automated decision-making with your data.
3. Why we use your data and on what legal basis
- To respond to your enquiry or request sent through the form, by email or by telephone. Legal basis: your consent, given when you voluntarily send us your message and accept this policy (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, where applicable, the pre-contractual steps you ask us to take, such as preparing a quotation (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

4. How long we keep your data
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to deal with it and, at most, for one year from the last contact, unless a commercial relationship arises from the enquiry. In that case, the data will be kept for the duration of that relationship and, afterwards, for the periods required by applicable tax and commercial legislation.
5. Who we share your data with
We do not disclose your data to third parties, except where legally required. To provide our services we work with providers acting as data processors under the safeguards of Art. 28 GDPR, including our web hosting provider (with servers in the European Union) and our email provider. No international data transfers outside the European Economic Area take place; should any become necessary, they would be carried out with the safeguards provided for in the GDPR.
6. Your rights
You may exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, as well as withdraw your consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand. Simply write to info@corbatova.com stating the right you wish to exercise; we may ask for additional information to confirm your identity.
